Refund policy

Exchange policy:
Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged items with valid proof and description.

Any return request must be made within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Products of an intimate nature, such as socks, are non-returnable. 

Return shipping charges are borne by the buyer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Cancellation policy:
Delivery orders can be canceled before dispatch from our warehouse and eligible for a 96% refund.

Orders with Basecamp/Store pickup are eligible for a 96% refund if cancellation is requested via crosstrek@indiahikes.com at least 24 hours before the trek date. 

Refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days.

Any requests made after this timeline will not be eligible for a refund.
