Renting of items close 3 days before the start of the trek.
We need this time to arrange logistics and ensure the rented items are available at the basecamp.
Rented items can be cancelled any time by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Here is the policy for refund.
- Cancellation before 7 days from the start of the trek, you get a full refund with 4% deductions for cancellation charges.
- Cancellation within the last 7 days from the start of the trek, you get a full voucher with no deductions. This voucher can be used for any trek with us, over the next year.
Trek batch shift policy
In case you shift your trek from either one trek to another or from one start date to another, send an email to email@example.com to shift your rented items as well.
The availability of the rented items in the batch that you have shifted to is subjective.
If there is availability, we will send you a confirmation.
