  • Booking Policy

    Renting of items close 3 days before the start of the trek.

    We need this time to arrange logistics and ensure the rented items are available at the basecamp.

  • Cancellation policy

    Rented items can be cancelled any time by sending an email to [email protected]

    Here is the policy for refund.

    • Cancellation before 7 days from the start of the trek, you get a full refund with 4% deductions for cancellation charges.
    • Cancellation within the last 7 days from the start of the trek, you get a full voucher with no deductions. This voucher can be used for any trek with us, over the next year.
  • Trek batch shift policy

    In case you shift your trek from either one trek to another or from one start date to another, send an email to [email protected] to shift your rented items as well.

    The availability of the rented items in the batch that you have shifted to is subjective.

    If there is availability, we will send you a confirmation.
